¶ British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal

The British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal (BCHRT) is a quasi-judicial body of the Government of British Columbia based in Vancouver, British Columbia. It is responsible for accepting, screening, mediating and adjudicating human rights complaints.[1]
¶ History
On March 21, 2022, the BCHRT enacted an emergency pause on processing complaints related to face mask requirements. It went into effect on March 31, 2022 until further notice.[2]
