The British Columbia Public Service (BCPS), also known as the BC Public Service Agency, is a Canadian provincial government agency based in Victoria, British Columbia. It is an agency of the Government of British Columbia.
On October 30, 2023, BCPS employee Jason Baldwin filed a notice of civil claim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against the Government of British Columbia and Provincial Health Officer Bonnie Henry under the Class Proceedings Act related to the province's mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy.[1] The class action suit was announced on November 29, 2023 by Angela Cardoso, vice president of BCPS Employees for Freedom Society.[2][3]
