Foster Wylie Coulson is a Canadian entrepreneur based in Miami, Florida.[1] He is the Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of the Coulson Group of Companies,[2] Chairman and owner of International Health Brands, a partner of Zelenko Labs,[3] Founder and Chairman of The Wellness Company (TWC) and Vigilant News Network (VNN),[4][5][6] and Executive Board member of Unjected.[7] He is the founder and CEO of the Stardust Group.[8][9]
He has worked as a consultant for WatersMark in relation to its Île-à-Vache Initiative in Haiti.[10] He is also listed as a Director of Cold Harbour and Lock Towns Community Mental Health Center.[11][12]
Foster's grandfather, Cliff Coulson, worked in the logging industry in British Columbia prior to serving during World War II. After returning from the war, he returned to logging and founded Coulson Forest Products in 1960. The company was led by Wayne Coulson, who went on to father of Foster and his brother Britton.[13]
The Coulson Group "embarked on an aggressive growth strategy," moving into aviation and video games.
Coulson attended Alberni District Secondary School.[1:1]
Coulson has been a board member for the Coulson Group of Companies since 2006.[14]
Coulson claimed to have been in Bolivia for three years "developing opportunities for Coulson Aviation," between 2016-2019, through a "relationship with the air force and Ministry of Defence."[15] This led to an opportunity to "offer its aerial firefighting services" in a deal signed with the Government of Bolivia and Coulson Aircrane in late August 2019.[16] This was done in partnership with the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), a government-owned crown corporation that describes itself as “Canada’s government to government contracting agency.”[17][18] Coulson was reportedly in Santa Cruz where he worked with the Ministry of Defence of Bolivia on the deal.[15:1]
Coulson met Dr. Vladimir Zelenko through David Lopez, who accompanied him as a security detail on a trip to Bolivia in 2019.[19]
On March 20, 2020, Coulson sent an email to Matt Stickney, Executive Director of Operations in the Office of the Prime Minister,[20] seeking to sell various "ice blasting" products offered by his Coulson Ice Blast company to the Government of Canada.[21] Coulson was redirected to Sangeeta Lalli and Madison Taipalus, who informed him of the procedure to register with Public Services and Procurement Canada. He told them that he was also working with contacts in the White House.
Coulson followed up on April 6, 2020 informing Taipalus that one of his engineers "put together a team across Canada to create a small, portable Ventilator that will be able to be used for two patients at once, opposed to the one vent per person method." This led Taipalus to ask Caitlin Mullan-Boudreau if she should "escalate and have the department reach out".
In May 2020, Coulson began “developing a 10,000 acre Island in the Caribbean” as owner of a "Caribbean Development Company."
Coulson founded the Stardust Group in 2021.[8:1]
In June 2021, Coulson launched International Health Brands (IHB) as Chairman and Owner.[14:1]
Coulson co-founded Integro Capital in October 2021.[22] He became a member of the board of directors for Qu Biologics in March 2022.[14:2]
Coulson was a founding Director of Momentix Capital, incorporated in British Columbia on April 1, 2022.[23][24]
Coulson founded The Wellness Company in June 2022.[14:3][25] As of April 2023, Coulson has served as an Executive Board Member of Unjected,[7:1] which relaunched in July 2023 under the leadership of The Wellness Company.[26]
He founded Vigilant News Network (VNN) in October 2023.[5:1]
On February 4, 2024, Coulson participated in an interview with Jim Torma in order to address questions posed by Polly St. George and Kristin Elizabeth. According to Torma, the interview was arranged by Paul Alexander.[10:1]
