Predictive Biotech, previously ReNovo Biotech, is an American biotechnology company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Predictive Technology Group.
¶ History
The company was originally founded as ReNovo Biotech. On March 2, 2016, Predictive Technology Group announced it would acquire ReNovo through its Predictive Therapeutics subsidiary.[1]
After completing the acquisition in April 2016, Predictive Technology Group established Predictive Biotech as the successor.[2]
¶ COVID-19
On August 17, 2020, Predictive Biotech received a letter from Mary Malarkey, Compliance Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), warning against the company's plans to promote their CoreCyte product as a preventative or treatment for COVID-19.[3]
