Prime Trust is an American financial services company based in Summerlin, Nevada.
Prime Trust was founded in 2016.[1]
In 2020, Prime Trust gave €40,930 to the Future of Life Institute.[2]
In February and March 2022, Prime Trust gave $14 million to Protect Our Future, a super political action committee that backed Democratic candidates during the 2022 primary season.[3][4] However, a spokesperson for Prime Trust clarified that the funds were actually donated on behalf of FTX executives Sam Bankman-Fried and Nishad Singh.[5] $14 million of the funds were attributable to SBF, while $1 million was from Singh.
Similarly, Prime Trust donated $500,000 to the Democratic Party of Oregon which was subsequently revealed to have been on behalf of Singh.[6]
