Ray Stevenson was a Northern Irish actor. He died suddenly on May 21, 2023, four days before his 59th birthday.
On May 20, 2023, Stevenson reportedly suffered a "sudden illness" while he was on set filming Cassino in Ischia.[1] He was "taken to a nearby hospital on Saturday afternoon," where he died suddenly the following day.[2] Stevenson's publicist, Viewpoint PR, confirmed his passing but did not disclose any information around cause of death.[3]
On July 1, 2023, attorney Jeff Childers noted the absence of information provided around Stevenson's death.[4]
