Robert Bartlett is the former Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the District of West Vancouver.[1]
On December 22, 2021, Bartlett announced a series of new public health measures on behalf of the District of West Vancouver in response to an alleged “fifth wave” of the COVID-19 pandemic. In his message, he wrote: “I would like to thank the many staff who have already verified their vaccine status. We know this is the best strategy to combat the spread of COVID-19. Getting vaccinated, and getting your booster when you are called to, is more important than ever as case numbers surge in BC, across the country, and around the world.”[2]
