The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health is a book written by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. It was published on November 16, 2021 by Skyhorse Publishing in partnership with Children's Health Defense.[1] The book is the second in a three-part series authored by Kennedy, preceded by American Values (2018) and followed by The Wuhan Coverup (2023).[2]
It reached number 1 on Amazon's Best Sellers list on November 28, 2021, and remained on the list for 9 weeks.[3][4]
¶ History
According to Skyhorse president Tony Lyons, the New York Times manipulated the book's position on their Best Seller list by arbitrarily ignoring certain metrics while favouring others. Additionally, the Times and other outlets across the United States rejected paid advertisements for the book and declined to publish any reviews.[5] Among the outlets that refused paid advertisements was Twitter.[6]
Various bookstores refused to carry the book instore and/or online, including City Lights Bookstore, Booksmith, and Weller Book Works. Nationwide chain Barnes & Noble "refused to carry the book in more than token quantities in its physical stores, even though it reportedly sold extremely well online."[6:1]
Nevertheless, the book reportedly sold over 1 million copies and stayed on the New York Times Best Seller list for 17 weeks.[7]
