M•CAM International, or Mosaic Collateral Asset Management, is an American asset management finance firm based in Charlottesville, Virginia.
¶ History
M.CAM, Inc. was incorporated on October 21, 1998 by David Martin.[1] It was an offshoot company of Mosaic Technologies, which Martin had founded in 1995.[2]
On April 21, 2006, M•CAM announced it had acquired Mosaic Technologies.[3]
M.CAM Financial, Inc. was incorporated on June 5, 2007.[4]
On August 23, 2010, M•CAM announced the formation of an "Open Alliance" between Mongolia Innovation Capital Partners (M-ICP), Economic Policy and Competitiveness Research Center (EPCRC), EBI Think Tank and Business Talent Incubator Center (BTIC).[5]
M-CAM Global Holdings LLC was incorporated on May 22, 2014.[6] M-CAM International, LLC was incorporated on July 8, 2014.[7][8]
